Fengze Liang is a New York City-based cinematographer whose versatile approach to visual storytelling has earned him recognition across multiple genres, including narrative films, music videos, documentaries, and TV pilots.
After receiving his degree at the School of Visual Arts in 2022, Fengze has since worked as a DP on over 40 projects, with his style often defined by dark, moody tones and naturalistic lighting. His work has been showcased at prestigious film festivals, including Tokyo International Film Festival and Asian American International Film Festival, and featured on platforms like Nowness and Director’s Library. Fluent in both digital and analog techniques, Fengze is always striving to create compelling, immersive narratives through his lens.
